DESCRIPTION:
Under the general supervision of the Head Librarian, the Library Technical Assistant provides front-line customer service to library patrons both in person and over the phone. This position is responsible for shelving materials, preparing items for circulation, and supporting various technical and clerical functions necessary for the daily operations of the library.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma and experience in library or clerical work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Degree and library experience.
SALARY:
$14.00 an hour
