Melissa Thompson selected as Top Titan for third quarter of 2025

Congratulations to Melissa Thompson for being selected as CCTC’s Top Titan for the third quarter of 2025.

From New Student Orientation to Fall Kick-Off, and even the very first day of classes, Melissa Thompson ensures that every building on our campus is ready—whether for employees, students, or the public. She leads a team that carries one of the hardest jobs at the college, yet she never complains. Instead, she greets everyone with a smile, a kind word, and a willingness to help in any way she can.

Melissa works tirelessly behind the scenes, collaborating closely with Student Life to make sure events are set up for students to enjoy, while also assisting departments across the college with their unique needs. Though her impact may go unnoticed by some, the truth is that without Melissa’s guidance and leadership, our college would not be the beautiful, welcoming place it is today. From the windows to the floors, she takes pride in making every space shine.

Melissa embodies a joyful spirit, a servant’s heart, and a deep belief in the mission of Central Carolina Technical College. She knows that a clean, organized, and inviting environment is essential for students, faculty, and staff to thrive.
